The slide-type locking mechanism clicks into place so smoothly it feels almost magnetic, and the minimalist look fits right in on my shelf. Took me a minute to figure out the positioning beads, but once I did, everything stays shut tight.
The oxidized surface treatment gives it a nice matte finish that doesn't show fingerprints, and the positioning bead slide lock feels sturdy when securing the lid. I've been using it for a week now and it's held up great.
