The ratchet mechanism clicks with a satisfying, precise feel that makes fidgeting oddly addictive. Rosewood and copper give it a warm, heavy balance in the hand, and the finish is already starting to develop a nice patina after a week.

The click when the copper ratchet engages is so crisp it's honestly addictive, and the rosewood's grain gives it a warm feel that stands out on my desk. I keep fidgeting with it during meetings and it's become my little pocket ritual.

I was a bit worried the copper might feel too slick, but the knurled edge gives it a nice grip when I’m fidgeting at my desk. The rosewood adds a warm contrast that makes it feel more like a pocket piece than a toy. Solid heft for the size, though I wish it had a bit more of a ratchet sound to it.
