The wood grain on mine is absolutely beautiful, and the lid fits snug enough that I don't worry about things rattling around loose. It's become my go-to for carrying a few daily essentials, and the natural finish feels great in hand.

This little thing has been in my pocket all week and the wood feels warm and smooth, not cold like metal. The lid clicks shut with a satisfying snap that keeps everything secure.

I was skeptical about a wooden case for daily carry, but the lid closes with a satisfying, precise snap that feels way more secure than I expected. The high-quality wood has a nice weight in the hand, not too bulky for a pocket.
